Our Velvet Whiskey candle is hand poured in small batches using 100% European soy wax, bringing together smoky woods, aged spirits and velvety sweetness for a fragrance that feels rich, warm and deeply luxurious.

Poured into a frosted yellow 30cl glass vessel with a natural bamboo lid, this generously sized candle combines bold fragrance with the warm, cosy style of our Meet Me by the Fire Cosy Candle Collection. The yellow glass glows beautifully when lit, while the bamboo lid helps keep your candle fresh between burns.

Perfect for slow evenings by the fire, a well earned nightcap and creating the feeling of sinking into a deep leather chair somewhere warm, quiet and slightly mysterious.

Scent Profile

Bold, smoky and irresistibly smooth, Velvet Whiskey opens with rich liqueur, creamy milk and tart apple, softened by warm vanilla and a decadent trace of chocolate.

As the fragrance deepens, robust cedarwood, earthy vetiver and patchouli mingle with the smoky warmth of whiskey, evoking aged spirits, charred oak barrels and the intimate atmosphere of a dimly lit lounge.

Raw peat and lingering smoke settle into a smooth base of vanilla, creamy coconut and refined sandalwood. Rich, complex and beautifully warming, Velvet Whiskey feels like firelight, deep conversation and one final drink before calling it a night.

How To Use

Place your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface away from draughts, pets, children and anything that could catch fire.

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface where possible. This helps your candle burn more evenly next time.

Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Candle Care

Keep the wax pool clear of matches, wick trimmings and any debris.

While your candle is burning, the bamboo lid can be placed underneath the vessel and used as a protective coaster. This helps reduce heat transfer from the glass and provides an extra layer of protection for the surface beneath it.

Always make sure the candle and lid are sitting flat and stable on a heat resistant surface.

Once the candle is fully cooled, pop the lid back on to help keep the fragrance fresh and dust away.

Stop using your candle when around 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
